Introduction
Since I was in elementary school, I wanted to be a trauma surgeon, a wish I fulfilled when I was admitted to my first job at the National Institute of Traumatology after graduating from medical school.
In addition to general traumatology, I have been involved in pediatric trauma care since 1996, which was developing at that time. Between 2008 and 2012, I worked at the Department of Trauma Surgery of the Vaszary Kolos Hospital in Esztergom, from where I returned to the legal successor of the Institute of Traumatology in 2013. I gained a lot of experience in modern methods of conservative and operative care for the treatment of childhood fractures and soft tissue injuries: e.g., the use of titanium elastic nails, resorbable implants, bone grafting, skin adhesives, special bandages, and orthoses. I have been involved and still participate in the development of private trauma care in Budapest within the ranks of Emineo Private Hospital since 2014, almost from the beginning.
I am married and have three already grown up children.
